You can provide a spare key or code for a lockbox. Keys are kept in a secure area and promptly returned when service is completed.

The in-person consult is a free, 15-20min, in-person visit with the pet caretaker, pet parent and pet. This time is for a stress-free introduction to ensure that we learn all about your dogs quirks, needs, and so you have an opportunity to ask any questions. The goal is for you to leave the consult feeling confident about your dog's care and for your dog to get familiarized with their caretaker to reduce anxiety in future visits. The in-person consult is required for all first-time clients who select any of the following services: Dog Walking & Check-ins (only required if dog is anxious, uncomfortable with strangers, or has other special needs that require a walk-through)In-home Overnight Pet Sitting Pet Transportation Dog Sitting (visit requires dog parent and parent visit our home to make sure pets get along with Oli)

I have experience with senior pups and special health requirements and can administer oral or topical medications exactly as prescribed. An in-person consult (20 min max) prior to any service is required. I am happy to meet you at your home or any area you and your pup prefer.

Yes! Regardless of the service, you will get as many or as little updates as you choose. Photos of your happy pup will always be provided, because i truly believe you can never have too many photos of them!

Reservations for In-Home Overnight Dog Sitting must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund when cancellations are made at least four weeks prior to the reserved date. For cancellations made two weeks before the reservation, a 50% refund is available. For other services such as dog walking or daytime visits, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are free of charge, allowing us to adjust our routes accordingly. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours may incur fees. These policies ensure we can provide reliable and attentive care for your pet while managing our scheduling efficiently.

Doggy daycare entails a stay at our home with a large gated yard. In addition to Oli, a max of two other dogs will be scheduled for daycare. The day will be filled with scheduled play time outside, nap time, and any required feedings. Dogs are free to roam the first floor of the home throughout the day. Pet parents can bring dog beds and any other essentials that help their dogs feel right at home!
